Dr. Basford and Dr. Frome are physicians whose practice is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of adult patients with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, high blood pressure, electrolyte disorders and kidney stones.

The physicians are accepting new patients at their offices in the Vision Park Medical Building and the Medical Center Blvd Building. Dr. Basford and Dr. Frome see inpatients at St. Luke's The Woodlands, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands, Conroe Regional Medical Center, and long term acute care (LTAC) and rehabilitation units in Montgomery County. They see patients with end stage renal disease on dialysis at the Davita, Dialyspa and Fresenius units in Montgomery County.

Dr. Basford and Dr. Frome have worked together since their residencies and chief residencies at Baylor College of Medicine. Both are compassionate, motivated physicians who use their experience as educators to teach their patients about the disease process.
